You are entitled to change your mind and ask for a refund within 14 working days of receipt of your order. The product must be in the original condition in which it was sent and must include an invoice or any paperwork sent with the item. If device sent back is in lesser condition you may only be entitled to a percentage of the original purchase price. We will refund the purchase price less postage and packaging costs.
All gadgets come with a return tracked pre-paid label in the box, please use this to return the gadget.
We track our phones with the IMEI number and this will be checked in the event of a return to ensure it is the original phone sent that has been returned.
Please allow 3 working days for us to receive your phone and process your refund. We cannot issue replacements until the original phone has been received back by us. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance, this will help us to track your return and make the process as smooth as possible for you.
If the order has progressed past the ‘dispatch’ stage, the Customer will need to wait until the item has been received and then complete the return process that is covered by the product warranty.
